About me…

I am a big fan of technology in general and video games in particular. Since I was a child, I learned to work with computers, so once I finished elementary school, I decided to study what I knew I could give the best of me.

I also love music, movies, sports, humor... and not the kind that goes for the 'chimenears'. I try to be friendly and respectful, as well as to be able to do my bit where I know I can be useful.

Respect is earned over the years. Eventually, you realize that they start calling you 'sir' and treat you respectfully

Some short questions…

What operating system do you prefer or use the most?

Windows. It may not be the most efficient, but it is something that can be overcome with hardware upgrades. I think the important thing is that, in Windows, you have everything, and it is quite user-friendly.
In your opinion, which is the best mobile operating system?

I am sticking with Android. Like iOS, it is intuitive and has a large number of applications, but Google offers better conditions to developers.
What application is a must on your computer?

Many utilities are almost indispensable, such as a word processor, Internet browser, PDF reader, file compressor, among others. But if I have to mention a less generic program that I use a lot, it is Adobe Fireworks for image retouching.
And on your smartphone?

Since the pandemic, I cannot leave the house without activating the COVID Radar.
Do you have a favourite game?

Many. I grew up with Nintendo 64, a console that has some of my favorites: Zelda: Majora's Mask, Super Mario 64, Banjo-Kazooie, GoldenEye 007, but it would be unfair to forget more modern ones like Kingdom Hearts, The Last Story, Splatoon, Rayman Legends, I could go on up to 50, but it would be too much anyway.
Fond of social networks? Which is your favourite?

I see social networks as a tool, I like them when they are used wisely and I do not like them when they are used wrong. I would stick with Twitter, people who follow you do not do it out of friendship but because they are interested in what you write or do. On Facebook, for example, it is rare for me to write anything about video games since most of my friends and relatives do not play video games.
If you had to choose, which would you say has been the greatest technological invention of the last century?

I had to look it up to make sure that the computer was created less than 100 years ago and yes... but it will soon reach the century mark! Without machines capable of processing information, many of the technological advances we have made in recent decades would not have taken place.
Who do you consider has contributed most towards the development of software?

When we talk about software development, we talk about teams of many people. Even independent developers use tools that were themselves programmed by hundreds of people. In this sense, although logically, some contributed more to the development of software, I do not think it is fair to point the finger at a single person when it is clear that thanks to millions of programmers, today, we can enjoy everything we have.
