Get hold of surprising effects for your photos
AKVIS is a software company that provides us with some of the best applications and plug-ins to accomplish brilliant effects in our digital photos. One of these programs is AKVIS Sketch that allows us to instantly transform any image into a pencil drawing or watercolor painting.
With AKVIS Sketch you can obtain different effects in your images: charcoal, watercolor or coloring. Furthermore, the application provides you with absolute control over a set of parameters that allow you to modify different aspects of your images.
Options available
- Effects on the drawing: intensity and shadow of the medium tones, border sharpness, angle and size of the strokes,...
- Effects on the background: election of various kinds of blurring (Gaussian, radial, movement,...), its angle and its reach.
- Text effects: Font type, size, color, etc.
- Effects on the canvas: generate textures and adjust the brightness, relief, deformation,...
Other interesting functions are the possibility to save a pack of default parameters (preset) or the support for batch processing that will allow us to apply the same effect to a group of images at the same time.
