Linux environment for your Android phone
If you frequently use Linux on your PC, now you can also work with this operating system on your Android device. How? By downloading the APK of this app and setting it up in a matter of minutes. But how does it work and what does it include?
How to get Linux on your Android
AnLinux is an open-source app that allows us to run Linux on Android devices and customize its tools. No root is required (the installer uses PRoot to emulate root-access). And it allows various Linux distributions, such as Ubuntu, Kali, Debian, Fedora, and Alpino. But we will need Termux.
This application will allow you to run Linux on Android, by using Termux and PRoot technology.
This is how it works. From the menu, we have to choose from several desktop environments, distributions, and other stuff. Then we have to press the copy button to copy the code and paste it into the Termux app.
This is a simple application that we will be able to easily use if we are familiar with this operating system. However, if we are new to it and want to try Linux on a smartphone or tablet, the tool features step-by-step tutorials and guides to help us set it up.
