Netflix loves to use nostalgia, everybody knows that, and maybe that is why they are now offering us a card role-playing game that reminds us a lot of Magic: The Gathering. This time, we are taken into a heroic fantasy world inhabited by anthropomorphic animals where good, evil, technology, and magic mix and confront each other.

Arcanium: Rise of Akhan is a spectacular roguelike card game with touches of strategic RPG and very neat 2D graphics. Here, we will have to collect cards to defeat Akham and prevent the destruction of Arzu's world.

Game mechanics may seem a bit confusing at first, but in fact, the controls are quite simple. However, the APK file download contains a step-by-step tutorial to learn how to play the game.

Basically, we will have to advance through the scenarios moving from square to square. In each one, an event awaits us, such as combat, a new warrior, or training.

The most interesting part of this game is the turn-based combat. To fight, we have to play the available cards of each hero in our turn. Each card has a cost, so they must be chosen strategically. At the end of the combat, we will get a new ability for one of our heroes.
