Record and analyze your blood pressure data
Do you have to check your blood pressure often? If you do, read on, because this tool is of interest to you. Download the APK file and get a practical digital diary to write down your data and analyze them in graphs.
Convenient, straightforward, and free
Cardio Journal is a digital diary to record your blood pressure readings. Notice that this is an app to write down the results and not to take blood pressure, since, as the developers warn, a humble cell phone cannot measure this data.
Doctors have approved this application.
Within each record, you can write down the systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as your pulse, the date, the time, your overall health, the arm where you have measured your blood pressure, if you have suffered an arrhythmia, and personal any comments you would like to add. The system analyzes this information and offers the data in easy-to-understand graphs.
Cardio Journal has a section with shortcuts to talk to health specialists through various instant messaging platforms. It also features functions for noting down medication intake and buttons for taking an anamnesis and downloading the data in an XLS file.
This is a very useful tool with simplified functions and an intuitive interface. It may not be as complete as other similar applications, but it is more than enough to monitor your health or that of your loved ones.
