The app to deal securely with the Tax Agency online

Unless you are one of the people who are in the newspapers every day for tax evasion, you know for a fact that we all are part of the IRS. That is why we have an annual appointment with the Tax Agency so that we duly declare everything that needs to be disclosed about our income in the last fiscal year (beware, do not evade your responsibility as the scoundrels try to do: our taxes are used for roads, hospitals, schools, social services, and a very long etcetera).

Remote procedures with the Administration

And all thanks to the web service that the Public Administration offers to make the declaration online and other procedures such as those of the SEPE, to request your work life or for any other procedure you want to carry out online.

It uses the online access provided by its Cl@ve PIN application. It offers electronic identification of the user using a password chosen by the user and a PIN sent by SMS. It is designed to be valid for a short period (only 10 minutes), to guarantee the security and privacy of the data handled by the State, and thus, avoid any problem that could result from the password falling into the wrong hands.

Forget about remembering passwords with this system of agreed passwords.

Another advantage of this ATE key application is that the number of applications is unlimited so that if you cannot complete the process one day, you can continue it at another time by applying for another one.

What are the requirements to use this service?

They are very simple and within the reach of Messi and company:

• To be registered in Cl@ve PIN.
• DNI number.
• Validity date of DNI or NIE.
• In case the DNI is permanent, some digits of the IBAN used in the last IRPF declaration are necessary.

How to register can be answered in three ways:

• Through Internet and without an electronic certificate.
• Through Internet with a digital certificate or DNIe.
• In person at a registry office.

After that, the application must be activated following the steps of the method used. And keep in mind that if you encounter messages of the type access code correct but expired or any other message indicating that it does not work, it may be because the 10 minutes to enter the PIN has expired.
