The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic that is sweeping the globe has forced a redoubling of research efforts to combat it. One of the tools used has been mobile technology, since through applications different data can be collected to help in its detection, isolation and eradication.

One of these apps is COVID Symptom Tracker which has been developed by researchers and scientists from prestigious institutions such as Stanford and Harvard universities or King's College in London.
The application offers the user the possibility of registering and answering a series of questions that aim to make a picture as clear and precise as possible of not only what the state of the virus is but also how it affects different individuals according to their physical conditions but also their life habits.
The application is aimed at users resident in the United States and the United Kingdom and allows to keep a daily record of the symptoms, whether or not they have, caused by the coronavirus in each individual. This information is used by researchers to study and are treated with complete confidentiality and only for these purposes.
