Use the Linux operating system on your Android
If you are accustomed to using Linux on your computer and miss it when you pick up your smartphone, you may be interested in this app. The download of the APK file helps us use our favorite operating system on Android without needing a root. But how does it work?
How to use Debian on an Android phone
Debian is an app for Android devices that allows us to use the Debian Buster operating system with an Xfce desktop environment on our mobile or tablet. And the best part is that we won't need to root the terminal.
It is a compatibility layer, based on PRoot, which allows you to run user-land Debian applications.
However, it is not a complete operating system but rather a compatibility layer based on PRoot with which we will be able to run Debian applications and install packages. In addition, we should bear in mind that it is not an official version of the Linux operating system, though it does work pretty well.
Once we are in, we can control the options by moving a finger around the screen as if it were a mouse. However, the developers recommend we connect a mouse in order to use the app more comfortably.
