Drive vehicles and escape from worms in an inhospitable planet

Desert Worms is a space driving simulator that places us on a red planet that we were colonizing. We were investigating until some monstrous subterranean worms woke up hungry. Now we have to escape.

Our mission in this game will be to collect the remaining research data in our small vehicle while preventing the giant worms from devouring us. During each level, we must collect all the files indicated and go to a safe point to be picked up. And we will have to do it while running away from several giant worms that want to snack our car.

Colonization went well until they woke up.

The mechanics are very simple: we can tap both sides of the screen to turn the vehicle or both if we want to stop. Besides, we will have a button to activate the turbo and a decoy, but we will only be able to activate them once they are recharged. Of course, as we play, we will be able to unlock new exploration vehicles.

Two details draw particular attention to this game. First, we will control our exploration vehicle from a zenithal perspective, typical of more classic RPGs, but not so much of driving games. On the other hand, its 3D graphics are tremendously realistic.
