Defend your castle from the foundations up

A malign prescence is emerging from the bowels of the Earth, which threatens to destroy your castle and condemn your lands to an everlasting winter. Whatcha gonna do? Call Queen Elsa! OK, maybe in another game, but in this one, you will have to defeat your enemies on your own, by digging down into the ice and putting up defensive (and offensive) towers.

The enemy is lying in wait under the castle. Grab your spade and prepare your defences!

Dig down and put up towers

You will be able to dig down into the subsoil of your castle in different directions to find gold, treasure maps, and other items. Once you have done the reconnaissance, you will be able to put your defensive towers in place, along with any traps you want, depending on the amount of gold you possess. Later, enemies will arrive in waves. If you have made the most of your resources, the towers will stop the goblins and other fauna, and you will be able to keep digging until you overcome the last wave of enemy attacks.

There are eight different types of tower, several castles, and more than 70 levels, along with five ability trees in order to customize your defences in line with your strategy and your game style. Meanwhile, Digfender features a survival mode, so that you can challenge your enemies to see who gets the highest score.

Despite being a shooting game, where the towers fill everything that moves with lead, until it is pulp, this is a very cute game. It will undoubtedly keep you entertained for hours on end. Are you ready to resist the long winter that is looming over your kingdom?
