Open, sign and send
DocuSign is a tool that allows us to sign documents on the go from a smartphone or tablet without the need to print and scan them afterwards. It's as simple as uploading the file, signing and sending it. The editor has four functions:
- Sign.
- Initials.
- Signature date.
- Text box.
The system gives us the possibility of making handwritten signatures by drawing with our finger on the screen or uploading images. In addition, the signatures are saved in our profile so that we can sign the documents in seconds. On the other hand, initials can be written by hand or with digital texts.
In a few simple steps you can sign and return a document or send documents for others to sign.
One of the great advantages of this app is that it is very simple. On top of that, it supports almost any type of file: PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, PNG, HTML...
On the other hand, it has a simplified interface that makes it easy to use. In fact, we only need to choose the document to sign, indicate who has to sign it (us, others or us and others), open the editor, choose the corresponding option and send it from the platform itself.
