Create an online schedule and share it
Doodle is a productivity tool that allows us to create online schedules to share so that we can plan events and meetings with other people. In other words, it allows us to set up schedules in common and find the best time slot for everyone.
For personal and professional use
Before we start using the app, we have to create an account. The downside is that to do this, the platform redirects us to the webpage. The next step is to link the profile to one of our calendars (again, from the webpage). Once we have done that, we will now be able to start creating appointments with a title, description, place, links, etc. In addition, we can indicate whether it is a videoconference and the medium (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Weeks).
Lets you send times for appointments, team meetings, and even share your rolling availability.
Thanks to this app, we can design a sort of online diary in which users add events to show others the time slots in their schedules. When we share that calendar, other people will be able to book a slot for an appointment or meeting.
Therefore, the download of the APK file provides us with a very useful tool on both a professional and personal level. The only downside is that it isn't very intuitive.
