Use the Samsung Galaxy S10 hole-punch as a battery indicator
The hole-punch on the screen of the Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e hasn't been received with too much enthusiasm on behalf of the fans of Samsung's high-end phone range. Therefore, they've tried to come up with a way to give this design peculiarity certain usefulness.
The screen design as a battery indicator
One of those ideas has been the development of Energy Ring, an application that allows us to use that hole as an indicator of our device's charge level. It follows suit to other apps that use our Android's status bar to show us how much battery we've got left.
The visual effect of the app is that of surrounding that hole with a multicolor ring the parameters of which can be configured to the user's liking:
- Length.
- Thickness.
- Color.
- Direction of the charging down: clockwise, anti-clockwise or in both directions at once.
If you're going to buy a Samsung S10 it's obviously to show off so don't hesitate to download this piece of nonsense just to justify the price paid for a device that you're only going to use to WhatsApp your mates, post on social networks, and that's it.
Requirements and additional information:
- Minimum operating system requirements: Android 9.0.
- Offers in-app purchases.
With a degree in History, and later, in Documentation, I have over a decade of experience testing and writing about apps: reviews, guides, articles, news, tricks, and more. They have been countless, especially on Android, an operating system...
