Flora Incognita is a comprehensive plant identification tool for cell phones. Go to the main menu to access the following four sections:

To identify any plant, first enter the kind of species you want to identify: grass or shrub, tree, grass or reed or fern. Then, take a photo of its details, including flowers, leaves, the whole plant, the bark, and so on.
Once you have entered all the data, the app will give you the results in a matter of seconds. The plant identification will be more accurate if you grant geolocation permissions.

On the other hand, this app includes an extensive collection of plants with detailed information.
