Track you health data
While focusing on the prevention and monitoring of diabetes, Health Sense Android provides us with a space where we can record health data. More specifically, our blood glucose levels, blood pressure, heart rate, and body mass index (BMI). This allows us to keep a personalized health diary.
Charts allow us to analyze trends so that we can keep our numbers within the ranges considered to be healthy. The only measurement it can actually take is our pulse, using the flashlight on our phone. It doesn't measure anything else, and is therefore not a medical device.
Hydration and steps
On Health Sense APK we can specify our sex, age, height, and weight. No prior registration is required, although it is available via a Google account. Also, in the top left corner, it informs us of the weather and temperature in our location.
In addition, it allows us to keep track of our hydration, with daily water consumption and our set target shown in liters. Meanwhile, we can view steps taken, calories burned, and walking time.
Also, in the information section we find different topic categories with lists of scientific articles that answer health questions and give advice.
Given that the app contains quite a few ads, and if you are going to be using it a lot, once you download Health Sense for free you might want to take out a paid subscription. This allows you to avoid the constant ads for three euros a week, nine a month, 33 a year, or 45 forever.
