Designed to be your workout diary, Hevy APK records your exercise routines. So it helps you organize your weekly training plans with a straightforward interface, no ads, and many possibilities such as:

• Add up to four different sessions (with name of each exercise, type of set, number of repetitions and even rest timer).
• Select which body parts you are going to work. You can choose them by equipment (dumbbell, machine, barbell...) or by muscle group.

Share your workout routines with the community

On the other hand, Hevy has a section that simulates a social network page since there is a community of users who use the app, you can add their profiles. In this way, you can see their workouts, like, and comment on their posts.

Also, if you want, you can share your sessions with the people who follow you, adding pictures and captions, optionally.

In the settings we find workout settings, profile privacy, FAQs and even integrations with Health Connect and Strava.
