The spin-off of the League of Legends
Some time ago, Netlix decided to expand its catalog of services and include games for Android so that subscribers can play at no additional cost with their credential to the platform. And among all the titles you can find is Hextech Mayhem, a game that is a spin-off of the well-known MOBA League of Legends.
A LoL in musical mode
In this game, you need to forget about the MOBA mechanics that launched League of Legends to success, including its graphical environment. Mostly because what you will find is a 2D musical action game with a very different approach than LoL.
We could say this is a rhythm runner platformer where the champions Ziggs and Heimerdinger have to defeat their enemies and avoid obstacles, all to the rhythm of the music. The rhythm is fast and every action causes a reaction in the form of an explosion, which will be used to disarm and destroy enemies.
Beyond the fact that this is new League of Legends content, and that's always good for fans of the video game (though perhaps not for those who are looking for pure, hardcore action), it offers excellent graphics and a fun and enjoyable game mechanic, although it is true that it can be a bit complicated to master. It comes to Android after having been previously released for both PC and consoles. We don't know if it will be enough motivation by itself to subscribe to Netflix, but the game is worth it.
Requirements and additional information:
- It requires access to Netflix to play.
- Minimum operating system requirements: Android 8.0.
