Use your mobile phone to find out what your baby will look like

As we get older we can hear the biological clock ticking louder. It is inevitable, it is built into our genes. Once we get this far, it’s almost impossible not to wonder what the fruit of our relationships with our partners would be like. Until recently it was impossible to get an idea, but now, thanks to technology, it is possible.

How Will My Baby Look is an app that allows you to use a photo of you and a photo of your partner to try to work out what a baby resulting from your genetic mix would be like. It is easy to use and is very intuitive; in just a couple of clicks, you can get a photo that will show what could come along in the not too distant future.

A very clear goal: to entertain

Let’s not kid ourselves here; although the app creates a simulation of what your future child might look like, the results are completely random. The app doesn’t use IA algorithms or anything similar, it just takes the outstanding traits it detects in the photos we provide, blends them, and shows a result. It doesn’t pretend or intend to provide accurate and objective information, but simply to entertain.

The biggest drawback with the application is that it is full of ads. You can’t click it twice without some annoying ad popping up. We appreciate that the developers have to get something back for their work, but in this case, it just goes a bit far.
