It will allow you to read all kinds of digital books, eBooks and documents, whether they are synchronized from your computer or downloaded directly from your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. All in the palm of your hand.
Have all your books and documents at hand on your iOS device
There are various ways to import books to your device and read them with iBooks. You can synchronize your books from the computer with iTunes, by simply adding them to the program's multimedia library on the computer and selecting them from the synchronization options of your device. Another way is when using Safari or another application on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch: when you come across a document compatible with iBooks, the iOS system will ask you if you want to open and save it with the application. Finally, iBooks has an integrated bookstore, where you will be able to acquire books and store them on your device.
There are many types of books available in the store, from classic books to the featured textbooks for iPad, which you can learn more about in the attached video. These textbooks are loaded with images, videos and interactive content.

Among the options available, you can organize your books on different shelves and, once you are reading, browse through them with ease, placing bookmarks at places of interest, increasing or reducing the font size to make reading more comfortable and even adjust the application's color, choosing whatever is most comfortable for your eyes at any given time.
iBooks is only compatible with books in ePub and PDF formats, as well as books created with the iBooks Author application.
