When you download Kingdom: The Blood, you embark on a violent and bloody adventure with challenging battles where running away is not always a bad option. This dynamic is perfectly understandable, as the game aspires to be part of the Soulslike genre, and it allows players to contemplate their possibilities, change equipped skills to face the enemy, or train on lower maps to gain experience, level up and improve skills until facing monsters becomes easier.

However, although the graphics are superb, the customization of both playable characters is miles above other similar games, the level of detail in the maps is impressive, and the sound creates an immersive atmosphere; Kingdom: The Blood feels a bit raw in gameplay. Avoiding an enemy can be difficult because of the controls, and the camera does not help. In a game where bosses have intense attack patterns, this becomes a problem. But despite its challenges, the game is still worth playing.
