Online board game for iPhone similar to Parcheesi
Ludo is a board game based on the Indian pastime Pachisi, with very similar rules and gameplay to other modern games such as Parcheesi. In fact, if you're familiar to the latter, you won't have any trouble getting the hang of things in Ludo King, the online multiplayer version of this board game.
But, how to play ludo?
Well, it's mainly the same as Parcheesi, although with a few differences. You've got four counters that you've got to take around the board to the center of the latter. The players, between 2 and 4, take it in turns to move from left to right.
It's played with one or two dice and you have to throw a 6 to be able to start, number which allows you to throw again unless you throw eight sixes consecutively, in which case your counter will have to go back home. In turn, if you land on a square occupied by another player, you'll also send him back home.
Yet another variation of one of the most popular board games in the world.
