Lumyer is a photo editor for smartphones that specializes in a range of animated effects for images. It is about filters and animations that will get our photos moving, which will give us a video.
Unlike other similar apps, this tool's effects function through moving filters and stickers. In other words, we will be able to insert them into any kind of photo as if they were just one more element. This means we can throw confetti, make it snow, or make our pecs move.
It is not about simple filters, but real animated effects created for each image!
We will be able to use these effects both in the photos that we have stored on our device and right on the photo camera using the application. The downside? The gallery features a very wide range of effects, but not many are free.
