How to learn to speak Chinese

Who wouldn't like to speak Mandarin almost as well as the natives? Microsoft Learn Chinese is a simple tool specially designed for Chinese learners of all levels with a focus on conversation.

Each lesson is divided into several topics: greetings, names, family members, numbers, places... To move on to the next one we will have to complete them all or take a shortcut, which is basically a test to check that we have mastered the previous lessons.

The mechanics of the basic lessons consists of listening to a word or expression and activating the microphone of our device to replicate the pronunciation. The automatic voice recognition system will indicate if our pronunciation has been correct before moving on to the next card. In addition, we will also be able to see the word written in characters and in Pinyin.

It focuses on the most exciting part of the language: speaking it.

To reinforce our knowledge, the app will offer us small personalized tests based on what we have studied. The developers ensure that all the materials in this course have been developed by teachers and professionals and that it is in line with the HSK exam. And on top of that the app is totally free.
