It is important to disconnect from the world from time to time and puzzle games can come in very handy in this respect. More specifically, this one is an excellent option, despite a somewhat repetitive music loop that, fortunately, can be turned off.

Number Link 2248 is a puzzle and math game in 2D with some quirky animations that are vaguely reminiscent of the legendary Candy Crush. Our mission is to join number blocks of the same value (and color) to get higher and higher numbers.
The gameplay is pretty simple since all we have to do is swipe around the screen to connect the blocks while moving in any direction (including diagonally). In addition, we have three types of power-ups in case we get stuck. Our only goal is to break our own record.

Overall, the download of the APK file offers us an entertaining pastime that successfully conveys a pleasing and relaxing sensation. The catch here is that it requires an internet connection to function, and we already know that means we will have to watch quite a few ads if we want to play for free.
