Pie Control is a tool for Android devices that works as a kind of application launcher with customizable shortcuts. This way, we can open a floating menu at any time, regardless of the app or window we are using.

From the settings menu we can configure the menu to our liking and enable or disable the multitasking function. Among other things, we have the option to customize three levels of shortcuts (although the third is premium), the areas of the screen from which we can open the menu (sides or corners), colors and so on.
