A polygonal shooter in WWII

Imagine telling any gamer in the '90s that, 25-30 years later, many game developers would opt for pixelated graphics without the need to do so, just because it is cool, even though technology allows for higher definition, they would probably tell you that you are crazy. But now that we are in that future, and we have realized how much we love retro style and thanks to games such as Minecraft, pixelated and polygonal graphics are still trending. And they have a place in any genre.

This is what Polyfield offers us, a first-person shooter game that takes us to the greatest war the world has ever known. Specifically to the period from June 6, 1944, after the Normandy landings in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and Germany.

And we will experience it in a multiplayer game with different game modes and that on top of pixelated graphics, offers a control system similar to other shooters with buttons for movement, scrolling vision by dragging your finger across the screen, and buttons to perform actions such as shooting, aiming, running, crouching, or throwing bombs. All quite methodical and well-executed, that will delight fans of multiplayer shooters and especially fans of World War II.
