With this money we have to improve the cells and other facilities of our prison, and also open new ones, such as the laundry or the infirmary.

For our prisoners to behave well, we have to take care of their needs at all times: hunger, health, entertainment, hygiene, safety and comfort. To do this, it is essential to hire enough staff, but without going overboard. The goal is to make our prison profitable so, if we lose money, we'll have to lay off employees.

We also have to be attentive to the level of stress of the inmates and provide them with the means to reform and reintegrate into society. It will be very important to improve our reputation by controlling fights and escape attempts. In order to put the most dangerous ones on track, we can put them in an isolation cell but, in this case, they might lose their heads and the State will sanction us. And if we do it right, we can open more prisons.
