Show off your inner guitarist
If you are addicted to the Guitar Hero series games, you must miss being able to thrash your guitar while traveling on the subway or on work breaks. Rock Hero 2 is a good alternative for coping with the monkey on your back. Let us tell you what it’s all about.
Enjoy your favorite songs at any time and play them as if you were the best band in the world!
Put your rock and roll guitar skills to the test
You must have seen similar games for Android on Google Play. This is a fairly simple version, which is played on a vertical screen and only has three buttons (you can choose the colors). There are three difficulty levels – easy, normal and difficult – and you can even adjust the speed just to make the tracks even more difficult for yourself. The game has two play modes:
- Classic mode. This mode features free metal and rock songs, and others that you can unlock when you get some coins.
- Local mode. In this version of the game, you can upload your own songs and tunes. The app’s intelligent beat-detection system will create a combination of notes so that you can play them in the game. You can also try to play songs uploaded by other users.
To get a high score you will have to tap the right notes, make combos and join up the notes. This might seem simple, but if you want to be the best, your fingers will have to fly. This is a very simplified version of the original series, but you have a good number of challenges especially tailored to your inner musical genius. And you can play anywhere and whenever you want. But, please, while on public transport, always play with headphones firmly in place.
