Play solo or against your friends in this fun racing game
Who cares how many racing games are already on the market, developers carry on publishing new car games every day. That's because we never get bored of this kind of title even if they don't offer us anything new, so that's why it's always good news to come across a game of the likes of SkidStorm for Android.
We're talking about a car racing game that will remind us of all those games similar to Death Rally that were published some time ago. In other words, aerial views, small cars, and tracks that we'll have to complete after a few laps.
A multiplayer car game
Here we'll find all the usual features in this kind of game: races against three or more cars, rewards, improvements to our car in the garage... everything looks decent and keeps us entertained, especially if the level of demand is high. But we'll definitely find a great incentive in the game's multiplayer mode as we'll be able to compete against other players online to see who's the best racing driver.
The game has been developed by Cheetah Mobile, the same guys behind Clean Master, and offers us some really decent graphics and a wide range of tracks that get harder as we advance. The control system is also easy, only having to control the direction and hit the nitro button once you build up enough by drifting around the track.
Main features
These are the game's main features:
- 24 different tracks that we can race around in single-player mode or online, teaming up with our friends.
- 17 different kinds of cars: get hold of them as you win races and earn money.
- 12 skins to customize our vehicle.
- Improve your car in the garage by enhancing mechanical aspects such as the engine or the turbo.
- Compete on the general rankings.
Requirements and additional information:
- Minimum operating system requirements: Android 4.0.3.
- Offers in-app purchases.
