In today's society, we have more and more trouble falling asleep. Stress, anxiety, life crises, all of which press down on us as soon as we close our eyes.

It's often said that one of the best methods to improve sleep quality is through relaxing sounds. And that's something the Sound Sleep studio, which specializes in relaxing audio apps and lullabies, knows a lot about. Now we can create our own combination of relaxing sounds and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

Relaxing sounds for better sleep

Sleep Sounds is an app with a beautiful interface from which we can access a wide gallery of relaxing sounds. The categories consist of:

• Rain.
• Nature.
• Relaxation.
• Transport.
• White noise.

We only have to tap on the icons to start enjoying our relaxing sound. From the player that opens we can change the audio intensity and volume, and also add more sounds from the gallery to the mix.

In addition, we can modulate the intensity of each sound, so that we can enhance one over the other. And because the developers know that we're going to be so relaxed that we forget to turn it off, they put in a giant button from which we can set the timer to turn off the app automatically.

This platform also has a customised relaxing sounds tab. It's a similar system, but with different icons. It also offers new sound categories: rain and thunder, nature, animals, white noise and music and instruments. Here we can also add all the sounds we want to our personal mix and choose the intensity of each one.

Relax by listening to the birds singing, the sound of the waves or the noise of rain against the window and let yourself go. Sleep like a baby and wake up completely refreshed and rested.
