Getting started is always tough, and if you don’t believe that, then just take a look at the first Homo Sapiens to inhabit planet Earth and see how they had to get by with the resources that they had at the time. Going from being a hunter-gatherer to being a sedentary agriculturalist was not that easy. You basically had to discover and learn how to grow crops and breed animals.

From the Stone Age to the Neolithic period

And that is what Stonies is all about; it is a strategy and management game that takes us back to the origins of the human race on this planet, in the most recent evolutionary phase of the genus homo that we are aware of. In this game, you will have to adapt to and take control of your surroundings and create and grow your own settlement.

So, you better get ready to make the most of the resources around you, in order to avoid starving to death and to be able to feed your offspring. All the while trying to consolidate your position and anthropize a highly dangerous and challenging environment. Do you think you are capable of taking that enormous technological jump in order to get you from prehistory to the Neolithic Age?
