Stormbound: Kingdom Wars is a turn-based card strategy game that incorporates typical elements from these genres but, in turn, reminds us of chess in a certain manner. That's not surprising as the action of this Android game takes place on a board that's very similar to that of the legendary pastime.

It's a real-time multiplayer game in which each player has to fight another one using a deck of cards and following the rules set out on the board. Your final goal is to reach the enemy base to conquer it before your rival takes yours and destroys it.

The action takes place on a 4x5 board and by means of turn-based 1 vs 1 combats. Each player receives mana to deploy units, cast spells, and use skills to take away life points from rivals. The fights take place on the board's squares and victory will go one way or the other depending on the different force and speed levels of each soldier.
