How to start weight training
Stronglifts 5x5 is a training app that helps us to start doing strength training. By downloading the APK file, we will get a digital trainer that will show us routines, techniques, and series to make our training effective.
Note that the platform is designed for weightlifting beginners. The first thing to do is to create a profile and enter your data. The system will use this information to create a training program according to your level and goals.
