Add gestures and shortcuts to your smartphone
Tap, Tap is a curious app created for the Google Pixel but works on any device that includes a gyroscope and accelerometer. It is a tool that enables you to add or improve the double tap on the back, common in the giant's smartphones, to create gestures and shortcuts.
Kieron Quinn, its developer, has been able to improve its system since its first version to multiply the supported actions, offering a better interface and improving the energy consumption to achieve a useful and practically unique application.
The double-tap on the back improves multitasking and avoids unnecessary searches to launch applications.
What actions can Tap, Tap set?
Through an easy configuration from its interface, the user will be able to create shortcuts to perform actions such as the following:
- Access the camera.
- Launching an application.
- Simulate a tap on the phone's quick settings.
- Execute a tasker task.
- Configure actions for double or even triple back tapping.
In addition, it is possible to add exceptions to restrict the operation of the service and to disable the gesture in the event that certain conditions are met.
Requirements and additional information:
- Minimum operating system requirements: Android 7.0.
- The installation of the app by means of the APK file requires the activation of the "Unknown sources" option within Settings>Applications.
