By downloading the APK file of TeamViewer QuickSupport we will be able to remotely control a smartphone using another mobile phone or PC. This will allow us to receive remote technical support and access the content of another device as if we were holding it ourselves.

But, as well as being able to remotely control a smartphone in real-time, we will also be able to chat, transfer files back and forth, stop processes, view settings, check device information, view the screen of another phone, and even take screenshots, among other things. So, this will be extremely useful for doing lots of stuff.
In addition, using this app is as easy as downloading the APK file and syncing both devices using the nine-digit number that we will see on the main screen. Also, this is a very light tool. However, in order to be able to remotely control a smartphone, the other side will need to have the complete version of the application installed.
