Messagin app based on Telegram
With the intention to face up to the privacy and information management carried out by WhatsApp, the most popular instant messaging and chat app in the world, a new project called Telegram was created. This application ended up being the most accessible alternative to the app owned by Facebook offering a higher confidentiality level for our conversations.
An improved Telegram for Japan and Vietnam
Well, with the idea to improve even more the functions of the app created by the Dúrov brothers, we can now make use of TeleFive, although its mainly aimed at users from Japan and Vietnam. The features are exactly the same as the official Telegram app except for the fact that Japanese and Vietnamese translations have been corrected and improved.
These are the app's main features:
- Cloud technology to favor multi-device access.
- High-speed in the delivery of messages.
- Messages encrypted using the AES-256 protocol.
- No adverts or subscriptions.
- No limits to chat sizes or multimedia files sent.
Requirements and additional information:
- This app doesn't work on ZTE, Xiaomi or Oppo devices due to uncertainties about their privacy levels.
- Minimum operating system requirements: Android 4.1.
- The installation of the app by means of the APK file requires the activation of the "Unknown sources" option within Settings>Applications.
With a degree in History, and later, in Documentation, I have over a decade of experience testing and writing about apps: reviews, guides, articles, news, tricks, and more. They have been countless, especially on Android, an operating system...
