An annual summary of phone usage
As the end of the year approaches, we may be interested in getting a summary of our annual phone or tablet usage. This is just what TimeWise Android offers us in order to reveal general insights into how we spend our time on our device.
In a matter of seconds, it breaks down various statistics into five different report files. It gathers together the following information:
- The most used app, with the total number of hours spent on it.
- Ranks the five most used apps, again with the number of hours. We can choose to take operating system hours into account or not.
- Total number of screen hours.
- The average number of times we unlock our device each day.
- The number of notifications we receive each day.
Use stats and tips to cut back on screen time
In addition to that data, TimeWise APK features some creative comparisons at the bottom of the screen. For example, how may books we could have read or series we could have watched in the time we have spent on an app.
Lastly, it gives us a few tips on how to reduce our screen time. It therefore encourages us to be more mindful of our habits and to act on those insights.
The app features a button in the top-left corner that enables us to share the stats obtained with whomever we like or on social media.
