Become an oil tycoon
Turmoil is a business simulation game that takes its inspiration from the oil rush that swept the US in the nineteenth century. We will start from scratch and try to construct oil wells in a small boomtown until we successfully build an empire based on the extraction of this fossil fuel.
From the buying of land to speculation to raise oil prices
And what we will find is a game where we will control different aspects of our business, starting with the most basic part: the acquisition of land at auctions. Then we will move on to locating oil deposits using dowsers and scans, building pipelines, buying wagons and silos to transport and store the oil... all while technology advances and we make the most of new inventions to grow our business.
The game features highly-detailed graphics and real-time management strategies that will involve us thwarting our competitors' plans while we expand our network of connections. And we mustn't forget that, just like every self-made businessman, we had better become mayor... so run for office, get to run the town, and pave the way for your business.
