The browser market in mobile devices is much more segmented than in PCs, which is already. And although in Android the vast majority of traffic is eaten by Google Chrome, there are other options of some interest. You may be familiar with UC Browser, a development of Asian origin, which has a light version: UCmini.

The modified version of UCmini

Well, from this lightweight version of the UC Browser, UCmini Handler has been developed, an application that has been modified in different aspects to offer extra features in navigation. So, to the low resource consumption, sober interface and other features that this app offers us to surf the Internet, we have to add those tweaks introduced by Dzebb, the individual who developed this MOD.

These are the main advantages that we will find in this Ucmini where the possibility of choosing proxies to browse stands out:

• Options are added through the Handler menu such as the option to choose proxy servers, the type of proxy and web user agent.
• Fast page loading function for maximum data saving.A much faster file download manager than the standard version.
• Night mode more comfortable for the user's eyes and at the same time reduces battery consumption.

These are in addition to the ones already included in the browser, such as incognito mode, checking the width of the side used or customizing the bookmarks.

Requirements and additional information:

• Minimum operating system requirements: Android 4.0.
• The installation of the app by means of the APK file requires the activation of the "Unknown sources" option within Settings>Applications.
