Strategy game inspired by World War I trench combat
From different points of view one of the most important conflicts in the history of mankind is undoubtedly that of the First World War. This warlike confrontation in which different countries participated implied many social and political changes, mainly in Europe, while it was one of the bloodiest and hardest for soldiers.
Trench warfare comes to your mobile
It was especially hard because of how new combat technologies were applied over outdated 19th century tactics. War Troops 1917 is a strategy game that takes us to the battlefield through a retro graphic environment and with a system of accomplishment of missions of progressive difficulty that reminds much to classic eighties of the genre.
In this game we will have to command our troops trying to defeat the enemies in short battles and giving a hand to different armaments. Our objective is to advance to finish with the enemies and to take their position. To do this we will use infantry soldiers but also armored cavalry, aviation or artillery.
One of the aspects to consider will be the mentioned trenches since they will be of great importance at the time of protecting us. We will also have to be careful with the so-called friendly fire, lest we annihilate our soldiers with our own poison gas or flamethrower attacks.
