Fans of hardcore wrestling will find in Wrestling Empire the game they were looking for. It is not licensed by the WWE or anything like that, so they will not find the world stars of the sport. And you don't need to, because this is a game for true fans: here the player will be able to become a wrestler who starts a career from scratch and becomes a wrestling figure.
A good game for true wrestling fans
The game allows you to experience the sport of wrestling in detail, including the ceremonial theatrics that accompany each match, such as the pre-fight speech or getting into the ring with a folding chair.
In terms of format, it presents us with a classic fighting game: a cursor with which to control the direction of the fighter, buttons that perform different actions of attack and defense and an energy bar that indicates the health of each opponent. With more than correct graphics, it also offers several game modes, the most interesting being the one that allows us to develop a career as a wrestler, starting from scratch and reaching the top after facing 350 fighters, and where both individual and pair fights and all against all are included.
