A (virtual) shoulder to cry on
Wysa is a virtual assistant that is always on our smartphone ready to listen to our problems and help us improve our mental well-being. Based on techniques such as meditation, yoga, DBT or CBT, this app will help us to better cope with our moments of anxiety, stress, sleep problems, concentration and dealing with loss, among other mental health problems.
Unburden yourself and talk about any daily challenge or just reflect on your day.
This platform offers us lots of exercises that we can do through an interactive virtual chat. Here we will chat with an empathetic and helpful penguin who will never judge us. In this way, the system offers us a safe space where we can talk (it works with voice recognition system) about our problems, examine our feelings and learn to better manage the vicissitudes of life.
In the long run, we will be able to relax, concentrate, face our problems, increase our emotional strength, improve our self-esteem, cope with our moves and much more. And all this with a fantastic, beautiful, elegant and intuitive interface. Perhaps the only problem we find in this app is that it takes a little while to load the chat messages, a detail that should be taken care of a little, especially in an app designed for people who suffer from anxiety.
